CheckIn has developed a web and mobile software designed to enhance the guests' experience and provide smart and digital management tools for the hotel and its employees. Among other things, the system enables monitoring of the guest's behavior patterns and learning of his needs, while monitoring the hotel staff's conduct and improving the time and quality of response to the client's needs – factors that directly influence the guest experience, and a successful initial contact and engagement even before arrival.
CheckIn offers its clients a custom, "white label" application. In other words, the hotel "covers" the application with its unique graphics and branding, which gives the app the visibility and style associated with the hotel brand – as if it were a unique application. The hotel allows guests to access all of the hotel's services in the palm of their hand: guests can check in on their arrival, open the door of the room without a key card, communicate with the hotel in 30 major languages, travel to another country, receive information and order premium services provided by the hotel (massage, spa, room service, etc.) as well as tickets to events, museums, shows, taxis, tourist attractions and more.
